Stony Clove Restoration Resumes

A stream restoration project at the confluence of Stony Clove and Warner Creeks that began last fall is about to resume. Crews from Baker Brothers Excavating are tuning their equipment after a long winter. When flows recede this spring, work will begin on Stony Clove Creek to halt erosion of the stream bed that is threatening Route 214 and several private properties. The project is planned for completion this summer.
